Return and Refund Policy

We process all orders within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you haven’t received a shipping notification within that timeframe, please email us at savethegingers01@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist you. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Returns are accepted for up to 14 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
